3.1 Information You Send to UsOur website does not currently provide a form for uploading a CV. If you wish to be considered for employment opportunities, you may voluntarily send your CV to cv@edgesandbridges.com.
Depending on the information contained in your CV or correspondence, we may receive and process information including:

telephone number;
country or location;
CV or résumé;

- education and qualifications;

6. Candidate Database and Talent PoolWe may invite you to allow us to retain your CV and relevant professional information in our candidate database so that we can contact you about suitable opportunities in the future.
Where your consent is required for this purpose, participation in the candidate database is voluntary.
Unless a different period is communicated to you or a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law, we intend to retain candidate information in our talent pool for up to 24 months from the date of your consent.
Before or at the end of this period, we may ask whether you wish to remain in our candidate database.
If you withdraw your consent to participation in the candidate database, we will remove or delete the relevant personal data, subject to any information that we are required or permitted to retain for another lawful purpose.
Declining to participate in our long-term candidate database does not prevent you from discussing a specific vacancy with us.
7. Sharing Your CV With Prospective EmployersWe do not intend to automatically distribute your CV to employers merely because you have sent it to us.
Our normal recruitment process is to discuss a relevant opportunity with you before presenting your candidacy to a prospective employer.
Where appropriate, we will identify or otherwise provide relevant information about the prospective employer and vacancy and obtain the authorization or consent required for us to disclose your CV and relevant personal data to that employer.
The prospective employer may become an independent controller of your personal data once it receives your information. Its subsequent processing of your personal data may therefore be governed by its own privacy policy and applicable law.
Consent to retain your information in our candidate database does not, by itself, constitute blanket consent for us to send your CV to any employer.
8. Service ProvidersWe use third-party service providers to operate our business and website.
Google Workspace and Google Drive
We use Google Workspace for business email and Google Drive for the storage and management of business and candidate information.
Tilda
Our website is built and operated using the Tilda website platform. Tilda and its infrastructure may process technical information relating to website visitors as necessary to provide and secure the website.
Namecheap
Namecheap is used in connection with our website/domain infrastructure.
Our service providers may process personal data on our behalf or in connection with providing their services. Their processing is also subject to their applicable contractual and privacy terms.
We may use additional service providers in the future. Where required, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
9. International Processing and TransfersEdges & Bridges is established in the Republic of Armenia and provides recruitment services involving candidates and prospective employers in different countries.
If you are located outside Armenia, your personal data may therefore be transferred to and processed in Armenia.
Personal data may also be processed in other countries where our service providers, prospective employers, or their service providers operate. Data protection laws and standards may differ between countries.
Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for an international transfer of personal data, we will take appropriate measures required by that law.
Before transferring a candidate's CV to a prospective employer in another country, we may also provide relevant information about the proposed recipient and obtain authorization or consent where required.

Candidate information retained in our talent pool on the basis of consent is generally intended to be retained for up to 24 months, unless another period is communicated to you or applicable law provides otherwise.
When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it.
